RECOMMENDATION:

Reappoint Peter Chartz and John Zirelli to the San Mateo County Event Center Board of Directors to terms expiring September 30, 2013.

BACKGROUND:
|
The Exposition and Fair Association directs the use of County fairground facilities. Directors are responsible for policy in the management and daily operation and maintenance of the Expo Center.
|
|
|
DISCUSSION:
|
Peter Chartz and John Zirelli have served on the Expo Center Board of Directors since October 30, 2007 and they wish to be reappointed.
