Ordinance to set the San Mateo County Emergency Medical Services’ portion of the fee for Emergency Medical Technician-I certification and re-certification to $50 effective November 18, 2010

The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, ordains as follows:

|
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Health and Safety Code, § 1797.217 and Title 22 California Code of Regulations §100083 the Emergency Medical Services Agency shall charge and collect the following fees for certification and re-certification for Emergency Medical Technicians:
|

|
EMS Program Effective 11/18/10
EMT-1 Certification $50.00
EMT-1 Re-Certification $50.00
|
|
|
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days from the passage date thereof.
|
|
|
