Re-appointment of Robert A. Stine to the Civil Service Commission representing District 2

RECOMMENDATION:

It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors approve the re-appointment of Robert A. Stine to the San Mateo County Civil Service Commission representing District 2 to a term expiring December 31, 2014.

BACKGROUND:

Robert A. Stine has represented District 2 on the San Mateo County Civil Service Commission since November 27, 2007. Mr. Stine has been a valuable member of the Commission and has performed his duties in a very capable manner. Mr. Stine’s term expires on December 31, 2010 and he is eligible for re-appointment.
