RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH SCOTT OESTERLING, MD TO PROVIDE OBSTETRICS AND GYNECOLOGY SERVICES WITH NO CHANGE IN TERM INCREASING FUNDING BY $100,000 TO A NEW MAXIMUM FISCAL OBLIGATION OF $4,112,905.60

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, on January 6, 2009, this Board approved an Agreement with Scott Oesterling, MD to provide obstetrics and gynecology services for the term January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2010, in an amount not to exceed $4,012,905.60; and

WHEREAS, the parties wish to amend the Agreement to increase the maximum amount payable thereunder by $100,000, from $4,012,905.60 to $4,112,905.60; and

WHEREAS, the Board has considered the Amendment and approved it as to both form and content and desires to enter into it.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the President of the Board of Supervisors be and is hereby authorized and directed to execute said Amendment for and on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and the Clerk of the Board shall attest the President’s signature thereto.
