RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH A TIME LIMITED PARKING ZONE ON PACIFIC AVENUE FOR THE BUSINESS AT 2802 MIDDLEFIELD ROAD NORTH FAIR OAKS AREA

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, California Vehicle Code Section 22507 et al. and Sections 7.24 through 7.52 of the County Ordinance Code allow the Board of Supervisors to establish parking zones that prohibit or restrict the stopping, parking, or standing of vehicles; and

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that a time limited parking zone be established as noted herein; and

WHEREAS, this Board has reviewed and concurs in the recommendation of the Director of Public Works.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that:

1.

A 2-hour Time Limited Parking Zone be established at the following location:

Pacific Avenue (County Road No. 446), North Fair Oaks Area

On the southerly side of PACIFIC AVENUE commencing at a point 93 feet westerly of the intersection with MIDDLEFIELD ROAD and extending westerly a distance of 20 feet, more or less.

The Department of Public Works is authorized and directed to post any necessary signs and curb/pavement markings.
