RECOMMENDATION:

Reappoint Dolly Clemente to the In-Home Supportive Services Advisory Committee to a term expiring December 31, 2014.

BACKGROUND:
|
The In-Home Supportive Services Advisory Committee was created to advise the In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority and the Board of Supervisors on services and functions of the In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority.
|
|
|
Terms on the In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority Advisory Committee are for four years with a twelve year limitation which applies to full terms.
|
|
|
DISCUSSION:
|
Dolly Clemente has served on the In-Home Supportive Services Advisory Committee since January 27, 2009 representing Consumer and wishes to be reappointed to another term
