RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH A NO PARKING ZONE AT 750 AVENUE ALHAMBRA IN EL GRANADA

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, California Vehicle Code Section 22507 et al. and Sections 7.24 through 7.52 of the County Ordinance Code allow the Board of Supervisors to establish parking zones that prohibit or restrict the stopping, parking, or standing of vehicles; and

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that a no parking zone be established as noted herein; and

WHEREAS, this Board has reviewed and concurs in the recommendation of the Director of Public Works.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that:

A No Parking Zone be established at the following location:

•

Avenue Alhambra (County Road No. 933A), El Granada Area

On the southerly side of AVENUE ALHAMBRA commencing at a point 180 feet easterly of the intersection with CORONADO STREET and extending easterly a distance of 32 feet, more or less.

2.

The Department of Public Works is authorized and directed to remove and post any necessary signs and pavement markings.
