AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 04515

The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, ordains as follows:
|
SECTION 1. Part 5 of the Ordinance is amended as indicated:
|
|

ORGANIZATION 12000 COUNTY MANAGER
|
1.
|
A Biologist/Standards Specialist I/II/III/IV who obtain and maintain a valid Deputy Agricultural or Deputy Sealer License, and a Deputy Director of Agricultural Services who obtain and maintain a valid Commissioner or Sealer of Weights and Measures License shall receive a differential of 3.5% in addition to all other compensation.

ORGANIZATION 55000 - 66000 HEALTH SYSTEM (ALL)
|
1.
|
A Clinical Services Manager I – Nursing designated, as the Director of Public Health Nursing shall receive a differential of 5% in addition to all other compensation. Only one employee at a time may be so assigned.

|
SECTION 2. Part 13 of the Ordinance is amended as indicated:

Item V235, Information Technology Analyst is decreased by 3 positions for a new total of 0 positions.
|
|
|
2.
|
Item V200S, Systems Engineer Series is increased by 3 positions for a new total of 104 positions.

|
ORGANIZATION 20000 RETIREMENT
|
1.
|
Item E491, Retirement Analyst, is decreased by 1 position for a new total of 2 positions.
|
|
|
2.
|
Item E490Y, Retirement Accountant I – Y Rated, is increased by 1 position for a new total of 1 position.
|
|
|
3.
|
Item D184S, Management Analyst Series, is decreased by 1 position for a new total of 0 positions.
|
|
|
4.
|
Item E054, Retirement Communications Specialist, is increased by 1 position for a new total of 1 position.
|
|
|
|
|
SECTION 3. The change in Section 2, Organization 18000, item 1 and 2 is effective retroactive to April 3, 2011. The change in Section 2, Organization 20000, item 1 and 2 is effective at the start of the first pay period following adoption. All other changes are effective at the start of the first pay period 30 days following adoption.
