RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH ONE EAST PALO ALTO ADDING THE MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID PROGRAM AND THE HIGH SCHOOL BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CAREER PATHWAYS PROJECT INCREASING THE MAXIMUM OBLIGATION BY $33,151 TO A NEW MAXIMUM OF $210,880, WITH NO CHANGE TO THE AGREEMENT TERM OF JULY 1, 2010 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2011

RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, that

WHEREAS, on September 14, 2010, this Board approved an Agreement with One East Palo Alto for the provision of consultation and multi-cultural center services, for the term of July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011, for a maximum obligation of $177,729; and

WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board of Supervisors for its consideration and acceptance a First Amendment to the Agreement, to increase the maximum obligation by $33,151 to a new maximum of $210,880 with no change to the Agreement term; and

WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors has been presented with a form of the First Amendment and has examined and approved it as to both form and content and desires to enter into this First Amendment to the Agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the President of this Board of Supervisors be and is hereby authorized and directed to execute said First Amendment on behalf of the County of San Mateo, and the Clerk of this Board shall attest the President’s signature thereto.
