RE: Termination of Bay Area Regional Immunization Registry Joint Powers Agreement

Dear Ms. Burrell:

As the Joint Powers Agreement no longer accurately reflects the current collaboration of participating counties included in the Bay Area Regional Immunization Registry, the County of San Mateo is terminating the Joint Powers Agreement, in its entirety, effective May 24, 2011.

Per Article II, 6. Termination, a., “A Member Agency may terminate its membership for any reason and will give written notice to the Parties no less than thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of termination.”
