RECOMMENDATION:
|
Re-appoint Rayna Lehman and Laurie Wishard to the Workforce Investment Board (WIB), each to a one-year term expiring June 30, 2012.
|

|
BACKGROUND:
|
The mission of the Workforce Investment Board of San Mateo County is to establish and oversee the implementation of policies that promote an integrated and innovative workforce development system. The WIB Board of Directors approved the re-appointments for Ms. Lehman and Ms. Wishard at its April 21, 2011, meeting.

DISCUSSION:
|
Rayna Lehman is with the San Mateo County Central Labor Council and fills a labor organization seat. Laurie Wishard is with Peninsula Family Service and fills a public seat.
