SECTION 2. The changes in Section 1, Organization 30000, items 5 and 6 are effective retroactive to May 4, 2011. The changes in Section 1 for Organizations 25000 and 57000, item 1 are effective at the start of the first pay period following adoption. All other changes are effective at the start of the first pay period 30 days following adoption.
