 Fathers and Families Assessment Groups

As part of a countywide effort funded by the Children and Families First Commission, the Fatherhood Collaborative of San Mateo County will conduct a needs assessment to identify the service-related needs of fathers and families with children ages 0 to 5 years. Data will be collected in April and May 2002.

The needs assessment will identify existing programs and services that include fathers and male caregivers. The scope and content of the assessment will also include:

      • Responsible Behavior
      • Father’s Relationship With Child
      • Father’s Support Capabilities
      • Child Well-Being
      • Co-parental or Team Relationships
Please contact Herb Pierrie, (650) 573-2454, or Tim Collins, (650) 573-2505, if you have any questions or if you know of any individuals or organizations that would like to participate in this process.

Please come and participate in one of the discussions listed below. Help us move services for fathers, children and families forward.
Refreshments will be provided and Child Care will be available at most sites
