area includes 2nd through 4th Avenues & 6th Avenue between
Middlefield Road and Edison Way, 7th Avenue between Middlefield Road and
Park Avenue, Edison Way between 1st Avenue and 5th Avenue, and Park
Avenue between 2nd Avenue and 7th Avenue.
