2009-10 Workforce & Succession Planning Report

The County of San Mateo has been an active partner in establishing the Regional Training and Development Consortium, a collaboration between cities (currently eleven) in San Mateo County and the County of San Mateo. The purpose of the Consortium is to provide training and development programs, management tools and resources to public sector agencies. Regional Training Consortium members will be utilizing the County’s Learning Management System. The Consortium offers the following development/training opportunities for all member agency employees, including the County: Public Sector Leadership Academy; Public Sector Supervisory Academy; Having the Difficult Conversation; Interest-Based Process; and two online programs: Preventing Sexual Harassment and Ethics.
