The BAY AREA REGIONAL CHILDREN’S SERVICES COMMITTEE is composed of representatives of the 13 Bay Area County Child WelfareServices Programs; representatives attend from Alameda, Contra Costa, Mendocino, Monterey, Marin, Napa, San Benito, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Solano, and Sonoma Counties in order to share program expertise that will improve the lives of vulnerable children throughout our Region.
