The Information Services Department (ISD) assists County departments in achieving their missions through the use of information technology by establishing a cost-effective direction for information technology management; including network design, applications development, database administration and information reporting, data center operations, operating system support and collaborative services.

ISD includes four divisions:

• Administrative Services
• Information Management Services (IMS)
• Information Management Services (IMS) - Health
• Infrastructure

ISD is located on the third floor of County Office Building 455 on the Redwood City campus. Reception hours are Monday through Thursday (holidays excepted) 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Please note the offices in the County Office Building at 455 County Center are closed on Fridays. Our address is:
