Welcome to County of San Mateo GIS

The County of San Mateo's Geographical Information System (GIS) exists to serve the citizens of the County and our governmental partners by providing tools, information and support aligned with the County's visioning goals.  County GIS strives to maintain accurate geographic information and provide its citizens and employees with access and support in using this information.  In order to provide the best possible product to our clients, the County maintains an enterprise spatial database and corresponding metadata catalog.
