Health Policy and Planning (HPP)

MISSION: Health Policy and Planning (HPP) increases the Health System's ability to build health equity by partnering to address the social determinants of health. HPP carries out projects and initiatives aimed at long-term and systemic impacts on health for all of San Mateo County.
