Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) Counseling involves working one-on-one with a professional Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor to explore vocational history, skills, and interests and to take that information and assist individuals in developing realistic career goals. VRS Counselors are knowledgeable about vocational resources, can act as vocational case managers, and will work with VRS clients to develop an individualized vocational plan with small steps to success. VRS counselors can also provide advocacy, information and referral as well as counseling support of the vocational endeavors of clients.
