Job Coaches support Vocational Rehabilitation Services clients in maintaining employment on and off the job. The Job Coach is vital in assisting the clients in employment success and it is through job coaching that so many people have maintained employment and thus improved the quality of their lives.

Job Coaches:

• Provide job coaching/retention support to designated workers.
• Perform advocacy/mediation/role modeling with employers and co-workers.
• Communicate with and coordinate with job developers, counselors, and other staff on an on-going basis.
• Provide other supports to employees as needed.
