SUGGESTED METHODS USED BY FORMER GRAND JURORS

| Investigation/Review required by penal code, e.g. County jail visit, audit | |||
| Citizen's request for investigation, e.g. Letter of Complaint | |||
| Review of previous Grand Jury's final report recommendations and address those suggested by the report. (Suggest reviewing final reports of the previous three years.) Determine what recommendations that have not been implemented. | |||
| Grand Jury initiated investigation | |||
| Ensure the issue of each investigation is within the jurisdiction of the civil grand jury. | |||
| Read your county civil grand jury manual which addresses this issue. | |||
