                           operations at the highest level of governments.

                           Mr. Burg has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Masters
                           of Business Administration with a specialty in Healthcare. He has
                           taught business management courses and lectured at several
                           prestigious organizations.

                     Faith Conley

                           Faith Conley is a Legislative Representative for the California State
                           Association of Counties (CSAC) in the Employee Relations and
                           Human Resources policy area.

                           Prior to joining CSAC in March 2008, she was the Legislative Director
                           for Senator Bob Huff, charged with the management of the
                           Member’s legislative agenda in the areas of the state budget,
                           education and public safety. Previously, Conley was chosen for the
                           prestigious Chief Clerk of the Assembly Floor Analysis internship,
                           serving at the behest of Chief Clerk E. Dotson Wilson.

                           Conley received a Bachelor’s degree in Government-Journalism
                           from the California State University, Sacramento.

                     Burke Dunphy

                           Ms. Dunphy joined the firm in 2013, bringing her experience in
                           labor/management relations, financial restructuring, and
                           bankruptcy to our Labor Relations and Employment law practice.
                           Prior to joining Renne Sloan Holtzman Sakai, Ms. Dunphy was an
                           associate in the business reorganization and financial restructuring
                           practices of two New York law firms, where she represented both
                           private and public sector clients in in-court and out-of-court
                           restructurings.

                           Ms. Dunphy graduated Order of the Coif from the University of
                           Pittsburgh Law School. During law school, Ms. Dunphy worked as a
                           legal intern with Worcester County District Attorney’s Office and as a
                           summer associate in the financial restructuring and litigation
                           departments of a New York law firm.
