Steven Shaw

                           Mr. Shaw joined the firm as an associate in 2006 and concentrates
                           his practice on the representation of public agencies and non-profit
                           organizations in labor and employment matters, with a particular
                           emphasis on litigation. Mr. Shaw oversees litigation in state and
                           federal court in cases involving discrimination, harassment and
                           retaliation claims, whistleblower allegations, Section 1983 claims,
                           wage and hour disputes, and other employment issues. He also
                           represents employers in arbitrations and administrative proceedings
                           relating to employee discipline. Mr. Shaw is experienced in all facets
                           of litigation and possesses significant trial experience, in both bench
                           and jury trials.

                           In addition to labor and employment, Mr. Shaw has extensive public
                           interest litigation experience, having represented senior citizens in
                           several lawsuits against major insurance companies and related
                           entities for the inappropriate and/or predatory sale of deferred
                           annuities, living trusts and reverse mortgages. He also has
                           experience prosecuting and defending class action cases.

                           After graduating from law school in 2003, Mr. Shaw practiced civil
                           litigation in a Washington, D.C. firm, where he represented injured
                           plaintiffs in personal injury and product liability cases.

                           Mr. Shaw has also practiced law in the Federal Government, having
                           briefly served as an attorney-advisor with the U.S. Small Business
                           Administration. During law school, Mr. Shaw was a legal intern with
                           the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, and a research
                           intern for the Presidential Advisory Commission on Holocaust Assets
                           in the United States, where he investigated art, gold and securities
                           looted during World War II and contributed to a report of findings
                           and recommendations to President Clinton.

                     Nancy Taylor

                           Nancy has been Director of Leadership and Organization
                           Development for the County of Riverside since 2001 when she was
                           hired to design an initiative to prepare people to move into key
                           County jobs. In this role she serves as an instructor in the program,
                           as an executive coach and as an internal organization
                           development consultant to Riverside County departments.

                           Prior to coming to the County, Nancy was in private practice with
                           her husband specializing in “public sector organization
                           development”. Taylor-Nelson,LLC has worked with cities, counties,
