a leadership coach.
Shondi has worked in the Human Resources field for more than 16
years, in a variety of capacities, both in private and the public
sector. In addition, she worked as a Vocational Rehabilitation
Counselor and College Counselor. All of her work experience has
involved getting the right people, in the right position, and providing
the resources necessary to help them be successful – college
students, employees, teams, and those in leadership roles.
Shondi grew up in the Inland Empire, graduated with a Bachelors
degree in Human Services and Psychology from California State
University, San Bernardino and later earned a Masters in Education
with a concentration in Counseling. She has earned several
professional certifications, is a Master Career Counselor, a certified
EQ administrator, and is an MBTI Master Practitioner.
Scott Pollack
Scott Pollak is a Principal in PricewaterhouseCoopers and co-leader
of Saratoga - a PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP Human Resource
Service offering. Mr. Pollak has over 20 years of measurement,
research and benchmarking experience. In his role, he works with
clients to help them design workforce intelligence centers of
excellence, and implement their programs and tools.
Prior to joining Saratoga, Mr.Pollak was the Managing Director of
Saratoga Institute, and a director for Exult, an e-HR outsourcer
where he helped launch EPIC, the company’s process intelligence
center. Pollak was also a founding member of G2Research, a
market research and consulting company that was acquired by
Gartner Group in 1998.
Mr. Pollak's client engagements have included workforce analytics
and benchmarking, leadership dashboards, engagement surveys,
workforce planning and predictive modelling. Working with a wide
variety of technology, his clients have leveraged workforce
intelligence solutions from Cognos, Oracle, MicroSoft, SAP/BOBJ,
SuccessFactors and more. He is a frequent keynote speaker at
conferences on the topic of workforce measurement, including,
SHRM, HR Planning Society, WorldatWork, and many more.
