Adopting an ordinance to amending Chapter 20A of Division VI, Part One of the San Mateo County Ordinance Code to revise the non-coastal Resource Management (RM) Zoning District Regulations by adding a provision allowing a reduction in front yard setbacks to a minimum of 20 feet and side yard setbacks to a minimum of 10 feet for projects that meet specified criteria, subject to the required findings and waiver of reading the ordinance in its entirety
